This is one of our most complete kits and most preferred. All it takes to cut bottles with this kit is to:
- Score the bottle while turning it in the cutter tool. Use the gloves to prevent touching any tiny shards of glass that may chip up while scoring.
- Heat the score line with the electric tool for about 45 seconds (+ or – 15 seconds depending on the glass) while turning.
- Trickle cold water from the faucet over the score line, while lightly pulling apart.
- Wet sand the sharp edges smooth using the included silicon carbide sandpaper.

I have to say that the upcycle Ez- cut was the best Christmas Present I purchased this year, it was a gift for my son who is 34 and usually hard to purchase for. After we all opened gifts he wanted to try to see how hard it was . It was great he cut all of the Corona bottles and made drinking glasses for all of us. The next day we had friends over and they seen our glasses and wanted their own, so I had to order another bottle cutter so that I could have my own.
