Question about picking the right vinyl cutter or plotter for sandcarving. Steve asks: Hi, I have sandblasted glass before but only 1 dimensional. I would love to sand carve 3d glass and maybe carve stone. First problem…I can not draw to save my soul. Then I found out about the vinyl cutter/plotter, but know NOTHING

Does Armour Etch Harm Plumbing?
Does Armour Etch harm plumbing? (I’m concerned about rinsing it down the drain.) Armour Etch and other hobby creams do not really harm plumbing, but it can etch your porcelain or ceramic sinks if any residue isn’t washed off quickly. Micro Sandblaster & Vinyl Cutter Combination
Hi Eric, I recently set up my sandblast cabinet. I also have my micro sandblaster set up, but I’m still wondering which vinyl cutter to purchase. My goal is as I said before…sand carve glass and stone. The cutter you mention is the Creation Pcutter. I have read that it’s a great cutter, “but” cutting
Are Small Hobby Sandblasters Worth the Money?
Eric, I am curious; I found several small hobby sandblasters online for not much money at all. I am just looking into them; are they worth the money, if you do a low volume of work? I am a graduate student, and most of my money goes to tuition, so I am wary. Suggestions? Roger
